 OCEANO DEPOT ASSOCIATION, INC.

The Oceano Depot Association, Inc. is a non-profit, public benefit corporation. The Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Secretary of State on August 8, 1980 by  Harold Guiton, Mary Lundahl, and George Allen.

The specific purpose of this corporation is to restore, preserve, and operate the Oceano Depot and other structures that have historical significance for historical, scientific, educational and recreational purposes for the benefit of the residents of and visitors to the Community of Oceano.
